vertical check valve properties
1, the valve ends must be blocked at both ends, there is dry and ventilated room. such as long-term storage, should always check the anti-corrosion.
2, the installation should be cleaned before the valve, and eliminate the defects caused in the transport process.
3, the installation must be carefully checked on the valve signs and nameplate is in line with the use requirements.
4, lift vertical flap check valve should be installed in the vertical pipe.
5, lift the level of the valve check valve should be installed in the horizontal pipe.
6, in the pipeline do not make the check valve to bear the weight, large check valve should be independent support, so that the pressure generated by the impact of piping.
7, the installation of check valve, the media should pay special attention to the direction of flow, the media should be the normal flow direction and the direction of the arrow on the valve body is consistent, otherwise it will cut off the normal flow of media. the bottom valve should be installed at the bottom of the pump suction line.
8, the general type of lift check valve should be installed in the horizontal pipe, vertical lift check valve and bottom valve is generally installed in the vertical pipe, and the media from bottom to top flow.
9, the check valve is closed, will produce water hammer in the pipeline pressure, serious will lead to damage to the valve, pipe or equipment, especially for large mouth or high pressure pipeline, it should cause the check valve selection high attention.

本阀门在使用过程中,介质按图示箭头方向流动。
1,当介质按规定方向流动时,阀瓣受介质力的作用,被开启介质逆流时,因阀瓣自重和阀瓣受介质反向力的作用,使阀瓣与阀座的密封面密合而关闭,达到阻止介质逆流的目的。
2,阀体及阀瓣的密封面采用不锈钢堆焊。
3,本阀门的结构长度按gb12221-1989的规定,法兰连接尺寸按jb/t79-1994的规定

立式止回阀属性
1,本阀门通路两端须堵塞,存在干燥通风的室内。如长期存放,应经常检查防锈蚀。
2,安装前应将阀门清洗干净,并消除在运输过程中造成的缺陷。
3,安装时必须仔细核对阀门上的标志和铭牌是否符合使用要求。
4,升降式垂直瓣止回阀应安装在垂直管道上。
5,升降式水平瓣止回阀应安装在水平管道上。
6,在管线中不要使止回阀承受重量,大型的止回阀应独立支撑,使之不受管系产生的压力的影响。
7,安装止回阀时,应特别注意介质流动方向,应使介质正常流动方向与阀体上指示的箭头方向相一致,否则就会截断介质的正常流动。底阀应安装在水泵吸水管路的底端。
8,通式升降式止回阀应安装于水平管路上,立式升降式止回阀和底阀一般安装在垂直管路上,并且介质自下而上流动。
9,止回阀关闭时,会在管路中产生水锤压力,严重时会导致阀门、管路或设备的损坏,尤其对于大口管路或高压管路,故应引起止回阀选用者的高度注意。
★立式止回阀采用的标准:
